God is Love, Day 1

I've done a lot of biblical art and design over the past 10 years. Looking back, I've noticed that there's one verse that I keep coming back to—John 4:8, "God is love." I love that three simple words can capture something so beautiful and profound. If you only know one thing about God, know that he is love. 

I've decided to post one of my "God is love" designs every day for a week. Some you may have already seen, some will be new and a few are older ones that I never shared, but just recently uncovered.

The design above was an outtake for a mural project I did last year with the Union Gospel Mission in Saint Paul, MN.
